Girl whirled around and gasped too. Her black eyes widened as she stared at him but then confusion turned in warm smile. "We have met before," she said in quiet voice. At first she was surprised how he could see her but then she remembered this man... Those who have crossed line, no matter if they have returned here or not, gained abbility to see her.

The man stared for a moment, blinking, before he relaxed. "Yes, we have met, although it was not as pleasant the first time." he even smiled a little. He hadn't really gotten a chance to see her before, and only now did he notice how beautiful she was.

"I hope your life now has proved it is worth what you went trough," girl smiled. it was rare that she had chance to talk with someone outside of the White Land.

He smiled and nodded. "It has. Thank you." By now he was standing normally and watched her.

"I am glad." <When it was last time I takked with someone normally?> she thought and suddenly felt uneasy. She remembered last time clearly and suddenly she wished to squeeze her eyes tightly shut so he wouldn't hate her because of them too. But she didn't do that, only smile faded a little.

He walked closer to her. "It must be hard for you, having to help so many dead people. Well, dead here, anyway."

"It is hard because my heart is sad for seing so many leave young. I love to help, even if it is not much. I don't know what would do if I would have to take care of them all.." she looked thoughtful. True, she was death angel, so people called her. But only one of them. There was many other, each with their own specific field. If she would need to take them all trough White Land, she would never have time and always someone would be waiting for her.

The man also looked thoughtful. "That would be quite a lot. You would probably get rushed, and there would soon have to be another like you anyway, to help out and fix the ones you accidently did wrong in your hurry." he thought aloud, picturing it in his mind. This was impossible, of course, but it didn't matter.

Yethen frowned. "You just look kind of sad. But I guess you would be." he leaned away, not so close to her face anymore.

Yethen frowned again and let go of her hand. "Why are you so sad? Is it because of what you do? I would be happy to be able to bring the dead to a happier place. Like what they say at funerals. 'They are in a better place.' Right?" he tried to reassure her. It was what he did. He didn't like seeing people hurt or sad. He liked everyone being happy and cheerful all the time. That was his way.

"It has..." Silvana hesitated. "I have some personal reasons. Time not always heal the wounds. Sometimes it just cuts them deeper." There was moment of silence and then she cleared her throat. "it is beautiful day. Let's not talk about such things. They all truly are in place where they deserve to be," she looked up at thim and managed to smile not completely fake smile.

He smiled a little at her smile. "You are right. The beauty of the day should not be wasted on sad talk. I will change the subject."

He smiled more as well, and looked up. "I hope it doesn't rain. Although I do like the rain." he seemed thoughtful for a moment, the smile still on his lips.
