Fiona waited for a moment, to let him get through, before she followed him in, and gently floated to the ground, making no sound as she landed. She looked around. "It is a nice place, easy to enter and depart from." she commented, her voice kind as usual.

Udran nodded. "Of course. This is best temporary place to stay I could find. You can get the bed. I usually slep somehwere in the forest, anyway. I like open space more."

Fiona looked to him. "I couldn't take the bed from you. And it won't matter, because I sleep in the skies." she said. Then she moved to the window and looked out.

"I don't sleep here, anyway. But do as you want." Udran shrugged and walked to window too. He needed to go and check his 'realm' soon. But for moment he wanted to stay here and simply talk with Fiona for a while.

Fiona never seemed to be able to frown, or have a completely blank face. Now it had a small smile playing on her lips, and she looked around outside. "Do you guard this place?" she asked, her voice kind as always.

Udran looked astonished as she said this. "Uh... yeah, kinda. I watch over the poeple here, in Fortress, and around it. So they don't kill each other without reason, help them if I can and try to help until I do it. Yes, I guard them from their own silliness sometimes. But in rest of time I simply watch over them." Boy grinned.

Fiona nodded thoughtfully. "I see..." then she looked to him and smiled. "An Honorable position. I congratulate you." Was that a playful tone in her voice?

Udran almsot rolled his eyes. Up there no one thought this as honorable position. Those who came down here were called crazy. And he really was a bit, a tiny bit mad, from all those argues and hate in his home. At least here he was alone. Until now. But boy had feeling that Fiona would not make him feel very bad. "Thanks," he nodded.

Fiona gave an amused smile and leaned out the window. "If it isn't too great of an inconvenience, I would like to explore. You can stay here of course, if you want to." she added the last sentence looking back at him.

Udran raised eyebrow at her. "I have my job to do. I can't simply sit here. Besides, I want to keep news about you being here as secret for a while but alone you could get in some trouble."

Fiona smiled. "great!" she said, just before she fell out the window.
Her wings opened and she was flying high in the air before Udran even had a chance to look down for her. High in the sky and the purest of white, she looked like a star.

Udran gasped as she falled out. But then he flew after her. "Don't do that ever again!" He said seriously. He, of course, knew she could fly but it took good reflexes to open wings in last moment.

Fiona smiled. "Thank you."

"You're welcome." Udran shrugged lightly and then looked back to ground. "Right now we are above Fortress. This is human school where they learn how to fight, read and other very needed things to become knights. I have seen only few non-humans here. Quite loud and annoying place but nothing more or less as any dorm like school."

Fiona seemed sad. "They fight?"

"They say they are protectors for weak ones, that they fight only when needed and when someone is in danger. They are quite helpful. Or used to be. Knights have forgotten their own laws." Udran frowned. He didn't understand how can anyone forget something so important.

This made Fiona a bit happier, but the end made her more sad. "Do they still help?"

"Yes, yes, they do. But there is time when they do it only for their own good. Of course, not all of them is like that. But most of them are really rude sometimes. There is one elf girl in the Fortress. She is very skilled and nice but they laugh about her and try to embarrass her, as she would be monster or something. But I have seen truly nice people down there, healers and true knights who will help in anyway they can. I also know that few of them are truly hurt by people, that they hides here, learning, or gets ready for their own life's quest. They can't be truly nice, of cours.e But they aren't the worst, either. Some of the Knights still honors the Laws or there would be chaos down there. But they all can't stand Thieves. That's for sure." Udran explained.
